Built around the way you live & work.

Kitchens, baths and whole-home renovations, plus the creative offices, retail and hospitality spaces that have to perform on day one. Designed with your architect or ours, and built with a craftsman's obsession over the final five percent.

01 The same standard

The standard shows in the finish.

On a home, the difference is in the details you almost don't notice. Openings squared, ceiling lines continuous, tile set dead-flat, every transition planned before a tool comes out.

We verify dimensions before we build, protect the site while we work, and keep the same team accountable from the first walk to the final reveal. The result is a home that holds up to a close look from you and your architect both.

02 What we remodel

Four kinds of work, one standard.

A

Kitchens

New cabinetry, stone counters and integrated appliances, structural openings enlarged for a cleaner plan, and lighting laid out so the room works as well as it photographs.

Cabinetry · stone · appliances · structural openings
B

Primary baths

Waterproofing done right under the beauty. Recessed niches, heated floors, glass enclosures and stone and tile set flat and true, with fixtures plumbed to the millimeter.

C

Whole-home

Layout reworked, walls opened and finishes coordinated across rooms, managed closely so a long project stays clean, on sequence and easy to live alongside.

D

Openings & ceilings

Soffits removed for a continuous ceiling line, case openings widened and headers set. The structural moves that make an old house feel deliberately modern.

A kitchen in
Northeast Los Angeles.

A white kitchen with crystal chandeliers and a dark central island.Residential · Kitchen

A full kitchen remodel in the Glassell Park area. We took the soffits out for a continuous ceiling line, opened the wall to the dining room to roughly five feet, and reworked the plan around how the family actually cooks.

New base and upper cabinetry with an appliance-garage, relocated sink, range and refrigerator, recessed lighting and a breakfast-nook pendant, hardwood threaded into the rest of the house, and the tankless water heater relocated to free the layout.

  • 01 Soffits removed for a continuous ceiling line · ~5′ dining opening
  • 02 Sink, range & refrigerator relocated · appliance-garage cabinetry
  • 03 Recessed lighting + nook pendant · 2″ red oak to match · tankless relocated

05 Commercial

The same standard, on a deadline.

The discipline that makes a home feel inevitable makes a commercial space perform under pressure. Built to spec, sequenced tightly, and handed over open-ready, with the businesses next door respected the whole way.
